Len founded ICI in 2007 to remind Americans of the exceptional heritage and values provided by Western Civilization and their relevance to our future health, prosperity and security.
Tracy Munsil

Doctoral candidate at ASU, preparing her dissertation on civic virtue at the American founding, former professional journalist and writer, adjunct professor of political science, inaugural class representative for the Dodie Londen Excellence in Public Service leadership training. She leads ICI’s research and edits its publications. Tracy and Len have eight children scattered throughout academia between law school and junior high.

hiker, and musician –Graduate of NAU (2008) with degrees in Speech Communication and Religious Studies, dedicated to lifelong learning. Whether she is mentoring young women, speaking at events, or hiking mountains, she does so with poise, passion, and playfulness. Justine is an avid adventurist, traveler, photographer, hiker, and musician- among other things.
